Random Selection Process
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Random Selection Process described below will be used to select 2020 Chicago Bears season ticket holders that agree to purchase season parking passes for Bears games during the 2020 NFL season at one of the following parking facilities in the immediate vicinity of Soldier Field: Adler Lot, North Garage, South Lot or Waldron Deck.
Like last season, all parking passes will be e-mailed to customers. Season pass customers will need to print the appropriate pass prior to the game and bring their pass with them to the game. Parking booklets will no longer be printed and mailed.
If you enter the Random Selection Process you may request to be assigned to park in a specific facility through the drop down menu options. Your preference will be considered in the selection process, but there is no guarantee that it will be accommodated. By registering to participate in the process registrants agree to purchase season parking passes at the specific facility where they are assigned to park.
NOTE: You may bypass the Random Selection Process and purchase Premium Parking season passes for the Adler Lot, Burnham Harbor Lot, or South Lot (subject to availability) by going to the Parkmobile website at: http://soldierfield.clickandpark.com/ and clicking on the “Premium Parking” link.

Online Registration to Participate in the 2020 Random Selection Process:
- Beginning at 11:00 a.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, June 3rd, you may go to the Parkmobile website at http://soldierfield.clickandpark.com/ and click on the “Random Selection Process” link. The registration period for the online registration process ends at 5:00 p.m. (CDT) on Monday, June 22nd.
- Enter the “BEARS ID” number provided at the top of the letter that was e-mailed to you as a 2020 Bears season ticket holder to log in to the website. Each BEARS ID number may only be used once to register for the Random Selection Process.
- There is no cost to enter the Random Selection Process.
- If you are selected in this process you will have season parking privileges assigned to you at one of the following facilities: Adler Lot, North Garage, South Lot or Waldron Deck.
- Parkmobile will notify Random Selection Process registrants of the process results via e-mail by approximately 5:00 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, June 25th.
- Random Selection Process participants that are successful in being selected will be e-mailed payment directions 7 to 14 days in advance of the Bears first home game. The cost to purchase season parking passes at the Adler Lot, North Garage, South Lot, or Waldron Deck is $550.00 plus a $16.50 Administrative Service Fee (for a total cost of $566.50).
Note: Selected participants will have 72 hours from the time the payment directions are e-mailed to them to pay. Failure to pay for your passes during this period could result in your passes being reassigned to other customers, and make you ineligible for the Random Selection process in future seasons.
ADDITIONAL PARKING PROGRAM INFORMATION
Like last season, all season parking passes will be e-mailed to customers. Season pass customers will need to print the appropriate pass and bring that pass with them to each game. Parking booklets will no longer be printed and mailed. With the ability to print the passes yourself, the ability to transfer the passes to someone else if you choose not to attend a game will become more convenient. Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can lead to revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs.
a. If you participate in the Random Selection Process, but are notified that you were not selected to be eligible to purchase season parking passes at the Adler Lot, North Garage, South Lot or Waldron Deck, you may elect to purchase (subject to availability) one of the below season parking pass options:
ο Premium Parking Passes at the Adler Lot or South Lot:
ο The Family Friendly Lots (No Alcohol) south of the Adler Planetarium;
ο The underground parking garages under Grant Park, Maggie Daley Park and Millennium Park - the Millennium Garages. The Millennium Garages provides free shuttle bus service on days when Bears games are being held at Soldier Field between the Millennium Park Garage and Soldier Field);
ο The Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place - also provide free shuttle bus service on days when Bears games are being held at Soldier Field. This shuttle service operates between the 31st and Moe Drive surface parking lot only (Lot B) and Soldier Field, but not to and from the Lakeside Center underground parking garage (Lot C).
NOTE: If you were an unsuccessful participant in the Random Selection Process who registered for the process online, and elect to purchase season parking passes at the Family Friendly Lots, Millennium Garages, or Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place, you will not be charged any additional service or processing fee in addition to the $16.50 non-refundable Administrative Service Fee that you were charged when you registered to enter the Random Selection Process.

You may also inquire about purchasing season parking passes for Bears games at other parking facilities in the Soldier Field area. b. SP+ GAMEDAY (an operating group of SP Plus Corporation) reserves the right to change (i) the parking facilities participating in the Random Selection Process, and (ii) the parking space assignments from one participating facility to another participating facility when circumstances beyond our reasonable control make such facilities or spaces located within such facilities unavailable for parking.
c. Parking for Bears games at the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place occurs (subject to availability) in the surface lot at 31st Street and Moe Drive (Lot B), and in the Lakeside Center underground garage (Lot C). Please see the “FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS” section of this announcement below for additional information about these parking facilities.
d. Tailgating is not permitted in the North Garage, lower level of the Waldron Deck, Millennium Garages, or Lakeside Center Underground Garage (Lot C) of the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place.
e. Parking privileges described in this announcement are only being offered for Chicago Bears games during the 2020 National Football League season.
f. Accessible parking for the physically challenged is available at all Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games parking facilities. Accessible parking spaces for the physically challenged require that a current government issued physically challenged parking vehicle license plate or hang tag that is issued to an occupant of the vehicle. Complimentary golf cart shuttle service to and from the South Lot and Adler Lot and the stadium is available for the physically challenged.
If you park at the 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B) of the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place, you may ride a free physically challenged accessible shuttle bus to and from Soldier Field and this parking lot. This shuttle bus does not service the Lakeside Center underground garage (Lot C) of the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place.
If you park at the Millennium Park or Millennium Lakeside underground parking facilities of the Millennium Garages, you may ride a free physically challenged accessible shuttle bus to and from Soldier Field and the Millennium Park Garage.
NOTE: Accessible parking at all 2020 Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears games parking facilities also requires the driver of the vehicle to present the parking pass for the correct game and for that specific parking facility to the parking attendant in these facilities. Patrons without a parking pass to the correct game and for the correct parking facility will not be permitted to enter the facility and park.
g. The complimentary shuttle bus that runs between the underground Millennium Park Garage and Soldier Field begins operating three (3) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the end of the game. Please see the map below to identify the location of this parking garage, as well as the location of the designated passenger pick-up and drop off stop of this shuttle bus service at this parking garage.
h. The complimentary shuttle bus that runs between the parking lot at 31st Street and Moe Drive (Lot B) and Soldier Field begins operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the end of the game. Please see the map below to identify the location of this parking lot, as well as the location of the designated passenger pick-up and drop off stop of this shuttle bus service at this parking lot.
i. Camper and oversized vehicle parking in the Adler Lot may be purchased on a single game basis (based on availability). The cost of this parking is $160.00 per vehicle (per game) plus a $5.00 Administrative Service Fee (a total cost of $165.00). FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. If I enter the Random Selection Process, may I choose the specific facility that I want to park at? If you enter the Random Selection Process you may request to be assigned to park in a specific facility. Your preference will be considered in the selection process, but there is no guarantee that it will be accommodated. By registering to participate in the process registrants agree to purchase season parking passes at the specific facility where they are assigned to park.
2. How are process registrants selected and parking facilities assigned? Once the registration period for the process closes, entrants are placed into a computer program. On Monday, June 22nd, this program will randomly select registrants to be eligible to purchase season parking passes and assigns them the privilege to purchase season parking passes at one of the aforementioned facilities.
3. Does early registration have any effect in determining who is selected? No.
4. Does the Random Selection Process consider whether one was selected in prior years or where they may have been assigned to park? No.
5. Does this Process consider how long one has been a Bears season ticket holder? No.
6. How will I know if I was selected to be eligible to purchase season parking passes and which facility I was assigned to park? ParkMobile will notify Random Selection Process registrants of the process results via e-mail by approximately 5:00 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, June 25th.
7. How will I receive notifications and communication from ParkMobile? ParkMobile will send all notifications and communication via e-mail to the e-mail address that was used to register for the selection process. Therefore, a registrant’s e-mail service must allow them to receive e-mails from parkmobileglobal.com. There is no alternative method that will be used for notifications and communication from ParkMobile other than via e-mail.
8. Is tailgating permitted? Tailgating is only allowed in the Adler Lot, South Lot, on the upper level (only) of the Waldron Deck, in the 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B) only of the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place, and in the Family Friendly (alcohol free) parking lots south of the Adler Planetarium. Tailgating both during games and after night games is prohibited. The 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B) of the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place prohibits tailgating after both day and night games.
9. Is there a family friendly alcohol free parking facility option? Yes. The parking lots south of the Adler Planetarium have been designated as the Family Friendly Lots where alcohol consumption is not permitted. Please see the map we have included in this announcement below to find the location of these parking lots.
You can bypass the Random Selection Process and purchase season parking passes (subject to availability) for the Family Friendly Lots now. The cost for season parking passes at the Family Friendly Lots is $550 plus a $16.50 Administrative Service Fee (a total cost of $566.50). This is the same price that is charged to purchase season parking passes through the Random Selection Process at the Adler Lot, North Garage, South Lot, and Waldron Deck.

10. Where are the Millennium Garages located? The Millennium Park underground parking garage is located at 5 S. Columbus Drive directly beneath Millennium Park. While you may elect to purchase parking passes at any of four (4) underground Millennium Garages (Grant Park North, Grant Park South, Millennium Lakeside and Millennium Park) the free shuttle bus service for Bears games operates only between the Millennium Park Garage and Soldier Field. This shuttle bus service will begin operating four (3) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game. The passenger pick-up and drop off stop at the Millennium Garage for this shuttle bus service is identified on the map of the “Millennium Park / Millennium Lakeside” underground parking garages that we have included in this announcement below.
11. Where are the Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place located? The parking lot at 31st Street and Moe Drive (Lot B) is located at 3050 S. Moe Drive, and the underground parking garage at the Lakeside Center (Lot C) is located at 2301 S. Lake Shore Drive are referred to collectively as the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place. A free shuttle bus service for Bears games operates between the 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B) only and Soldier Field. This shuttle bus shuttle bus service will begin operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game. The passenger pick-up and drop off stop at the 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B) for this shuttle bus service is identified on the map of the “Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place” that we have included in this announcement below.
12. Rather than registering to enter the Random Selection Process, may I purchase season Premium Parking Space passes specifically at the Adler Lot or South Lot? Yes. You can bypass the Random Selection Process and purchase (subject to availability) season Premium Parking Space passes at the Adler Lot or South Lot now simply by going to the ParkMobile website at http://soldierfield.clickandpark.com/ and clicking on the “Premium Parking” link.
13. How do I purchase season parking passes for Bears games at facilities that are not included in the Soldier Field Parking Program or at parking facilities only available by registering to participate in the Random Selection Process? While season parking pass privileges at the Family Friendly lots south of the Adler Planetarium, Millennium Garages, and Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place are not included and assigned through the Random Selection Process, you may purchase season parking passes for these parking facilities (based on space availability) through ParkMobile. Simply go to the ParkMobile website at http://soldierfield.clickandpark.com/ and click on the “Family Friendly Parking” “Millennium Garages” or “Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place” links.

14. Do any of the Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games parking facilities offer free shuttle bus service between the parking facility and Soldier Field? Yes. Free shuttle bus service for Bears games is provided between Soldier Field and the Millennium Park Garage at the Millennium Garages; and between the 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B) only of the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place.
The shuttle bus service operating between the Millennium Park Garage and Soldier Field will begin operating three (3) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game; and the shuttle bus service operating between the 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B) and Soldier Field will begin operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game.
The passenger pick-up and drop-off stops for these free shuttle bus services are identified on the maps of the “Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place” and of the “Millennium Park / Millennium Lakeside” underground parking garages that we have included in this announcement below.
15. May I purchase season parking passes for only one of the two parking facilities at the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place? No. The 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B) and the Lakeside Center Underground Garage (Lot C) begin to fill for Bears games on a first come, first serve basis. If you purchase season parking passes at the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place, you are only guaranteed to be able to park in one of these two facilities, but not at a specific facility. Depending on space availability at these parking facilities at the time when you arrive, you may be required to park in the specific parking facility where available parking spaces remain.
16. Which parking facilities have accessible parking spaces for the physically challenged? Each parking facility in the 2020 Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games has designated parking spaces for physically challenged patrons.
If you park at the Millennium Park Garage (or Millennium Lakeside Garage), you may ride a free accessible shuttle bus for the physically challenged to and from Soldier Field and the Millennium Park Garage. This shuttle bus service begins three (3) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the game ends.
If you park at the 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B) only of the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place, you may ride a free accessible shuttle bus for the physically challenged to and from Soldier Field and this parking lot. This shuttle bus service begins two (2) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the game ends.

17. When are the season parking passes that I purchased at facilities in the Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games scheduled to be e-mailed to me? Like last season, all parking passes will be e-mailed to customers. A link containing your Season Parking Passes and a map with routing directions specific to your assigned parking lot will be e-mailed to you prior to July 20th . Season pass customers will need to print the appropriate pass prior to the game and bring their pass with them to the game. Parking booklets will no longer be printed and mailed.
18. Are there any facilities in the Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games that offer single game rather than season parking passes that I may purchase? Yes. There is normally a limited number of single game parking passes at some of the lots covered by our 2020 program. For more information regarding the availability of single game parking, including pre-paid single game parking passes, please visit www.soldierfieldparking.com/ or visit the Chicago Bears website at www.chicagobears.com/tickets-and-stadium/fan-services.html.
19. What is the refund policy in the event games are cancelled, or played without fans being allowed in the stadium? All prepaid parking charges and fees will be refunded to customers in the event a game is cancelled or played without fans being allowed in attendance. The refunds will occur within 30 days of being notified of the cancellation or fan restriction. Refunds may be prorated in the event only a portion of the season is cancelled or played without fans.
20. What happens if my Premium Parking passes are lost or stolen? Call the Parkmobile Customer Service Hotline at 866-296-3568. Parkmobile will deactivate the lost or stolen parking passes, charge your credit card a non-refundable replacement fee of $30.00, and promptly e-mail replacements to you. Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can lead to revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. Once the registration, assignment and sales process is complete an e-mail with a link to twelve (12) parking passes will sent to you. Each set of passes will include one (1) pass for each of two (2) pre-season games, one (1) pass for each of eight (8) regular season home games, and one (1) pass for each of two (2) potential post-season playoff games that could be held at Soldier Field. Season pass customers will need to print the appropriate pass prior to the game and bring their pass with them to the game. Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can also lead to revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs.
b. Your season parking passes cost does NOT include the parking fees for any potential postseason games. In the event the Bears host a post-season playoff game (or games); additional payment of parking fees will be required for those games. ParkMobile will contact all season parking pass holders and advise them of the playoff game parking fees and payment options (cash, credit card, online, etc.) in advance of any home playoff game(s).
c. If you contact ParkMobile to report lost or stolen parking passes, the passes will be deactivated and will not be able to be used to enter the assigned parking facility. Replacement of a lost parking pass or parking passes booklet will be processed and e-mailed for a non-refundable replacement fee of $30.00.
d. SP+ GAMEDAY, ParkMobile LLC, Stadium Management, and McCormick Place Management do not guard or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents and is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss. The parking patron alone is responsible for the parking and locking of his or her vehicle. SP+ GAMEDAY and ParkMobile only provide a license to park; and no bailment is created.
e. The parking offered in this program is a revocable license. Unruly behavior, failure to comply with parking policies and the Chicago Bears Fan Code of Conduct, or conducting or participating in any illegal activity may lead to the revocation of this license.
f. Anyone presenting lost, counterfeit or stolen parking passes to a parking attendant at any Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games parking facility is subject to criminal prosecution.
g. If any duplication of a parking pass or other fraudulent practice is discovered after a vehicle has entered a Parking Program facility, it may result in all related charges being applied to the credit card used to purchase the valid permit. ParkMobile will notify the customer via email of any additional charge to their credit card. This fee for services rendered is non-refundable. Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can also lead to revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs.
h. Accessible parking at all 2020 Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears games parking facilities also requires the driver of the vehicle to present the parking pass for the correct game and for that specific parking facility to the parking attendant in these facilities. SP+ GAMEDAY (an operating group of SP Plus Corporation) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change (i) the parking facilities participating in the Random Selection Process, and (ii) the parking space assignments from one participating facility to another participating facility when circumstances beyond our reasonable control make such facilities or spaces located within such facilities unavailable for parking.
PARKING POLICIES
Vehicle Parking
Patrons must park in marked parking spaces. Patrons cannot buy or save parking spaces for tailgating or late arriving patrons. Backing into parking stalls is not permitted. Vehicles must be parked in the space designated by the parking attendant. Management reserves the right to clear drive aisles to allow space for vehicles to pass.
Oversized Vehicles / Limousines
Cash parking is located at the Adler Planetarium Lot, on a first-come, first-served basis for $150. Oversized vehicles (bus, camper or any vehicle that does not fit inside the lines of one designated regular-size parking space) can be reserved at the Adler Lot for $150 plus a $5 transaction fee by visiting SoldierField.ClickAndPark.com. When available, buses and RVs can also park at the 31st St. McCormick Place Lot B for $80.
Parking Passes
Parking Passes are required to park in the North Garage, the Waldron Deck, the South Lot and the East Museum Lot. No cash parking is available at these parking facilities. For easy identification, game day parking passes must be displayed on the front dashboard of all vehicles as you approach the stadium, and remain displayed while parked in the facility. Only Bears Season Ticket Holders are eligible to purchase a season parking pass. Due to space limitations, no Bears Season Ticket Holder may purchase more than one (1) season parking pass for any of the Soldier Field and Museum Campus parking facilities.
Hours of Operation and Access
All Soldier Field and Museum Campus parking facilities will open four (4) hours prior to kickoff. All of these parking facilities will close two (2) hours after the conclusion of a day game or immediately after the conclusion of a night game. These parking facilities may close earlier at the discretion of the Chicago Park District, Stadium Management and McCormick Place Management.
There is no tailgating after night games
In and Out Parking Privileges
In and out parking privileges are not permitted in any Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games parking facilities.
Policies
● The following are not allowed in any Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games parking facility: enclosed/underground parking garages or open-air parking lots:
o Advertising banners or displays
o Disorderly conduct
o Oil-based deep fryers
o Picketing or political campaigning
o Saving parking spaces
o Tents or canopies of any size
o Tethered blimps, balloons or other oversized inflatables
o Weapons or fireworks
o Open fires, fire pits, and propane heaters are not permitted
o Propane heaters of 19 lb. capacity or greater
o Unmanned aircraft systems (drones)
o Alcohol is not permitted to leave the parking facilities
o Sale or distribution of any unauthorized items or services – including merchandise and alcohol
NOTE: Hot coals must be emptied only in designated cans labeled “HOT COALS” that are provided in the parking facilities.
● In any of the enclosed/underground parking facilities, and in the lower level of the Waldron Deck, grills /open fires are not permitted.
Tailgating
Tailgating is allowed on all Soldier Field Parking Program surface parking lots (East Museum Lot, South Lot, Adler Lot, and Family Friendly lots (No Alcohol) south of the Adler Planetarium); on the upper level of the Waldron Deck; and on the 31st St. and Moe Dr. Lot (Lot B) only of the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place.
Party set-ups and grills may not impede access to parking spaces or the safe flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic through the facility drive-lanes. Grills and open fires are strictly prohibited in all enclosed and/or covered parking areas (North Garage, lower level of Waldron Deck, Lakeside Center Underground Garage – Lot C – of the Southwest facilities at McCormick Place, and at all underground Millennium Garages). For patrons' safety, oil based deep fryers, tents, canopies, open fires and fire pits (whether covered or uncovered are also prohibited in all parking facilities included in this program).
While the Chicago Park District may permit picnics on the parklands, alcohol is not allowed. Patrons must adhere to all Chicago Park District rules and ordinances.
At this time we do not anticipate changes to Soldier Field tailgating policies due to Covid-19. However, stadium tailgating policies could change without notice based on best practice recommendations that may be made by public health experts, and/or the NFL.
Tailgating both during games and after night games is prohibited at all Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games parking facilities. Tailgating is also prohibited after day games at the 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B) of the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place.
Vehicle Search
Vehicles parking in all parking facilities in the Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games are subject to a security search by authorized personnel who may be accompanied by a canine unit.
SP+ GAMEDAY reserves the right to revoke parking pass privileges in any case where a patron or a patron’s guests engage in rude, disorderly or offensive behavior.

To report unBEARable fan behavior, fans may send a text message to 69050 and begin the message with “BEARS”, followed by a space, and describe the issue and location where assistance is needed; or fans may call 312-235-7999. This service is available three (3) hours pregame and one (1) hour postgame.
SP + GAMEDAY manages the parking and on-site traffic operations at Soldier Field and the Museum Campus; and in all Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears games parking facilities. We ask that patrons be respectful of the neighborhood surrounding Soldier Field. Most of the area is “Residential Zone" parking and is subject to citation.
